This past Saturday I was blessed to spend the day with an amazing couple capturing their union. I can honestly say that I have loved every minute I’ve spent with Ashley and Derek, from their engagement through their wedding. Ashley is a beautiful woman and wonderful mother, and I couldn’t be happier to see her marrying a guy like Derek. Derek has a genuine love for not only Ashley, but her son Brody as well. This day wasn’t just about marrying the love his life but about filling in that last piece of a perfect little family.
Ashley and Derek held their ceremony at the Christ United Methodist Church on Chincoteague Island, and celebrated the rest of the evening at Wrights Seafood. All of the thought and work that Ashley put into making the day perfect for herself and Derek really showed through in all of the gorgeous little details. I had an extremely hard time narrowing down my favorites from this one; between the gorgeous couple, gorgeous locations, and adorable ring bearer I just couldn’t bring myself to be any more concise!
