I was so excited to be able to spend this past Saturday celebrating Norm and Matt’s marriage in Chincoteague. I first met Norm, Matt, and their amazing children a few months ago and was instantly smitten with this family. They are all so laid back and just genuinely happy. About the time we showed up on Assateague Island for their ceremony the radio started issuing thunderstorm and potential hurricane warnings, but neither Norm nor Matt were even the tiniest bit phased. They were just so happy to be together and to have their kids celebrating with them that nothing could bring them down.

To me, this wasn’t just a marriage of two people, but of six-Norm, Matt, Haiden, Shabi, Xavier, and Cooper. It was so sweet to see them all together and to see all of the love they have for each other. I absolutely adored all of the little touches Norm and Matt put in to their wedding that showed both their and their children’s personalities (there was even an ice cream truck appearance! How awesome is that?!). I’ll apologize in advance for how photo-heavy this post is, but every image from the day just radiated love and joy and I couldn’t bring myself to cut it down any further!
