One of the things I love about photography is that it gives me the chance to meet so many new, awesome people from all over the place.  This past week I got to spend not one but two afternoons with the Cardenas family during their vacation in Chincoteague and I have to say I loved every minute of it.  Originally, the plan was to take a few images of Monica’s extended family (Monica and her group live in Colorado and wanted to take advantage of their proximity to the rest of her family) and then to break off and capture a few images of her individual family and her adorable little girls.  Unfortunately we got hit with some crazy weather and ended up breaking it in to two days, and I have to say I really loved getting the chance to spend so much time with this beautiful family.
